East Side Learning Center

Shrinking the opportunity gap that exists for Minnesotan children of color in order to reach strong reading outcomes for all is core to ESLC's Mission. We work with Kindergarten through 3rd grade students who have not yet reached grade level reading and provide no cost tutoring services. Trained volunteers serve as Literacy Mentors, Virtual Literacy Mentors, and Virtual Minders and provide structured relationship based tutoring in service to the children of St. Paul.
