Who We Are
The district council system in St. Paul, MN includes 17 community-based volunteer organizations that works to represent the interests of local residents and businesses. The Hamline Midway Coalition is one of these district councils in St. Paul that aims to improve the quality of life in the Hamline Midway neighborhood.
What We Do
The Hamline Midway Coalition (HMC) is a neighborhood-based organization focused on civic engagement and community building in St. Paul's thriving Hamline-Midway neighborhood. Our resident-led work is guided by our strategic priorities: caring for the environment, accessible housing, local business, people-centered transportation, and equitable, inclusive community engagement.
HMC is separated into three public volunteer based committees: Environment, Development, and Transportation.
